Piping professional plays an important role from "concept to commissioning" in all sectors of process and related industry.   Description of codes & standards

  Process piping materials, method of joining pipe & components

  Pipe fittings & its thickness calculation as per code

  Understanding of drawings associated with piping
(PFDs, PIDs, plot plan, piping layout & piping isometrics)

Routing & Modelling Techniques

  Layout & routing of piping components & equipment

  Modelling of piping system (2D & 3D)

  BOM & BOQ of piping systems

Stress Analysis of Piping

  Types of loads & stresses associated with process piping

 Learning Objectives:
Participants will be able to understand Plant Designing and implement relevant ASME codes especially B 31.3 to perform design calculations and generate specification of piping system components.

B.E/B-Tech/Diploma or Students
