Training objectives:

   To build participant capacity in proposal preparation using the logical framework approach. By the end of the 3 days, participants will be able to:

   Apply the Proposal components

   Perform all the steps of the Logical Framework Approach to develop a verified quality log frame matrix

   Complete the key components of a funding application by pulling relevant data from the log frame matrix.

This course is aimed at programme officers, managers, and other humanitarian and development agencies staff whose roles involve producing proposals and reports for their organization.

 

Methodology:

 

Instead of being passive recipients of knowledge, participants actively co-create the learning experience through active engagement and participation. Learning is facilitated through interactive presentation, group discussions, case studies, self-assessments; individual and team based activities and role plays. All of this yields greater understanding, retention and on- job implementation.
